Bad teeth? If so, you know they can harm your health. Bad teeth are unpleasant to see and feel, but they can also cause other issues. Bad oral health can impact your entire life, not just adults. Thus, we present the 7 foods to avoid if you want healthy teeth.

Fried Foods

Why avoid fried foods, which are tasty and healthy? First, we’re not talking about light, low-fat frying. Deep-fat frying—used to make French fries—is much hotter. Oil toxins, which are abundant in bad-toothed people, form at high temperatures. Deep-frying oil can increase toxins by 700%. Fried foods are bad for bad teeth. Why? This type of frying raises blood sugar and insulin, which can damage blood vessels and cause oral health issues.

Fried Chicken

Despite popular belief, fried chicken is not healthier than baked chicken. Fried chicken uses high-fat oil, unlike baked chicken. This means your intestines absorb toxins from chicken cooked in toxic oil. Fry chicken in high-heat, high-fat oil, which increases toxins by 20 times! Result? Dental issues and tooth decay. Avoid eating fried chicken often. Eat low-fat or non-fried if you do. Use coconut oil to make healthier fried chicken.

Baked Goods (Like Cookies)

Baked goods are blamed for bad teeth. However, some baked goods can cause tooth decay without you realizing it! Baking flour can cause tooth decay. Alpha-amylase converts carbohydrates into sugar in flour. When a person with bad teeth eats a baked good, alpha-amylase in their saliva digests flour and causes tooth decay. Flour-tooth decay can be avoided in several ways. Choose high-flour baked goods. Soaking teeth before eating baked goods is another option. After eating, brush your teeth.

Soda-ash

Have you seen people drink a can of soda, brush their teeth, and still have bad teeth? Soda cans have most soda ash removed. Soda ash is a tooth-decaying impurity. Soda ash is usually removed during manufacturing, but store-bought cans don’t. Soda ash can cause tooth decay. Soda ash also causes gum disease and erosion. If you like soda, try water or herbal tea instead.

Hard Cheese

Hard cheese is not diet-friendly. Cheese is high in calcium, but much of it comes from bacteria. Your mouth bacteria causes tooth decay. Hard cheese can damage teeth. Preventing Bad Cheese – Brush your teeth after eating cheese to remove bacteria. Avoid high-volume foods like pizza and pasta for a few days before eating cheese to reduce mouth bacteria. Try low-fat cheese. Avoid these foods for healthy teeth. These foods cause cavities and erosion. Avoid bad teeth to avoid future issues. Variety is key to a balanced diet. This prevents your body from overeating one food, which can damage your teeth.
